Claim 727, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Listing Vibes mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• When you sign in using Apple Sign-In, we collect your email (if you choose to share it), your Apple ID identifier, and your display name.

Property & Analysis Data

• Deal analysis inputs you provide (rents, expenses, financing assumptions, notes, Vibe Scores).
• Bookmarks and tracked listings.

Analytics

• We use anonymous analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand feature usage and improve the Service.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track your browsing history outside the app.
• We do not collect your IP address, location data, or device identifiers beyond what's needed to run the Service.
• We do not collect or share your Zillow login credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Save your analysis and notes with listings you choose.
• Improve the Service with anonymous analytics.
• Communicate with you about updates or support.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following cases:

• Apple: For authentication via Apple Sign-In.
• Analytics Providers: Anonymous usage data to improve the Service.

4. Data Retention

• Your property data and notes remain tied to your account until you delete them.
• If you delete your account, all personal information and user-generated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

• Delete your account and all saved information.
• Opt out of analytics collection (via device or app settings).

California residents have additional rights under CCPA (we do not sell personal information).

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
