These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Listing Vibes mobile application (the "Service") operated by Claim 727, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing and using Listing Vibes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Listing Vibes. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Listing Vibes is a mobile application that enhances the real estate search process by adding investment analysis and tracking tools on top of existing property listings. Through our Service, users can:

To use our Service, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Your notes and scores are private to you and not visible to other users. We do not moderate private content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app. Account deletion permanently removes your data within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

The Listing Vibes app, including design, features, and code, is owned by Claim 727, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claim 727, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
