These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Listing Vibes mobile application (the "Service") operated by Claim 727, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Listing Vibes, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Listing Vibes. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Listing Vibes is a mobile application that allows users to:

• View real estate listings through an embedded browser
• Add private comments and ratings to properties
• Collaborate and share insights about real estate listings
• Access real estate websites, including but not limited to Zillow

4. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of any comments, ratings, or other content you create through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Private Comments

Comments and ratings you create are private and not visible to other users or the public. We do not moderate private content, but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

6. Third-Party Services and Content

Apple Sign-In

Our Service uses Apple Sign-In for authentication. Your use of Apple Sign-In is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Real Estate Websites

Our Service provides access to third-party real estate websites through an embedded browser. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Your use of these websites is subject to their respective terms of service.

7. Real Estate Information Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Listing Vibes is a tool for organizing and commenting on real estate information. We do not:

• Provide real estate brokerage services
• Guarantee the accuracy of property information
• Provide investment, legal, or financial advice
• Verify property details, prices, or availability

All real estate information is provided by third parties and may be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete. Always verify information independently and consult with qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the Service
• Harmful or disruptive behavior
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

The Listing Vibes app, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Claim 727, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAIM 727, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claim 727, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Claim 727, LLC regarding the use of Listing Vibes and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
